Who Owns This Car?

Hi there is a car parked on my driveway - before I call the police and completely panic - is there anyway of finding out who owns it.
It is taxed and MoT'd and insured?
There is a step ladder on the roof and what appears to be electrical boxes and tools in the back.

You might try rocking it to try and set off the alarm and bring the owner back.
Or borrow his ladder and put it round the back for safe keeping.

I'm stuck in court today - so will have to see if I can nip home at lunchtime.
If he tries to break in he has to take on 2 large dogs and some very old very thick doors!!

My last dog used to scratch his bum on car bumpers - usually setting the alarm off.

I live in the country in NI - there is a shop with a huge carpark a restaurant and 5 houses!
I will wait and see if I am excused and then go home just to check.

If it's unlocked, drop the handbrake and push it into the road, that'll get the police round fast enough.
