My Eyesight Goes
8 Answers
I posted this a couple of weeks ago so here is an update. My Dr sent me up to A&E with an eye problem. where they gave me lots of tests, they decided that my eyes were ok but thought that I'd had a mini stroke, tests later in the week confirmed this, so now on 300mg of aspirin and atorvastatin and an increase in my Perindopril , you could have knocked me down with a feather, just did not expect that.

It only lasted for a short time but the doctor said that was what had happened. I'm also on aspirin, simvastatin and two blood pressure tablets. I was 67 when mine happened. You will soon learn to live with it though. There are a lot of us who have had a mini stroke, and I'm just thankful I only had a mini one. Try not to worry too much. Kind regards, Helen.
I managed to have a retinal TIA with no platelets
- blind in one eye for 20 mins
and I have to say it absolutely terrified me
as I thought the other side would go and I would be absolutely screwed for the rest of my life
the only thing I make sure I take are the anti-clogs every day
so well done and lucky girl and dont forget the aspirin
