Severance Of Joint Tenancy

Hi I have the land registry forms printed out for my friend, and she has to send a registered letter to her soon to be ex, notifying him that she is severing the joint tenancy. can any one help with the format of the letter that needs to be sent. many thanks for your time, your all brilliant

If it's joint tenancy, and she signed the forms she will still be liable for bills and rent.. How long is there left on tenancy agreement and what notice needs to be given?

it is a kinda equity thing so any form of words so long as they are clear will do.
