I'm not sure anyone can help here- but I have registered Ellie with them on 2nd September last year. Have received 2 changes of ownership certificates, but can't get her Pedigree.
I have managed to get hold of them by phone 3x and they have confirmed it was ordered and paid for, and should have been sent. But have each offered to send it again. Still nothing. I have tried to ring, and been on hold for over an hour several times- currently been on hold for over 2 hours now, 7th attempt, and still saying high call volume and to wait.
Have emailed them twice, with only an automated response, and written once (to Aylesbury branch) with no response.
Does anyone know please, how i can actually get it sent?
Thank you...x

if you need to email again, try web.registra tions@theken nelclub.org. uk but as said above the printing department have been having mega problems. You should be able to see your dog's pedigree on the KC website if you search under Health Test Results, put in the registered name and the full details should appear with three generations at the bottom and you...

Unfortunately the KC installed a new computer system over a year ago, but the company who installed it grossly underestimated the amount of work it would take to move across the hundreds of thousands of records. Since then there have been many hundreds of people having problems registering litters, transfers, imports and exports - and show societies have been having trouble getting licences and show dates confirmed as well as show results not being processed or certificates issued. Covid hasn't helped, as staff have been working from home and although they have access to the phone lines and computer it is taking a long time to sort out any queries, so people are having trouble getting through. During the past few weeks things have got a lot better but it hasn't helped that the printing department has not been in action, as the new computer system doesn't seem to be able to 'talk' to the printer. Hopefully things are now on the up, but it will take a long time to get everything back to normal. I suspect the cost of installing the new computer system meant they could not just abandon it and go elsewhere. It has been a source of great embarrassment to the Kennel Club and the staff have had to put up with a lot of unpleasant grief from aggrieved customers, which is not their fault.
