I'm looking at options for the best way to create my will and have found some good online options that should save me some money. Has anyone used this kind of service before?

A good file note from a will draftsman who took instructions from the testator is worth its weight in gold. You do not get that with online wills.
I would spend the money now to get it right, rather than your potential beneficiaries having to have an expensive fight afterwards if it goes wrong.
Do as Roadman says. Furthermore, if you can find a solicitor who is a member of STEP, that is even better.
There is also the Make a Will Month scheme. Details in the link. You have missed it this year, but the next one is in March. There are other options set out in the link too.

I used the Which? wills service and found them excellent (they had a half-price offer at the time). Trustpilot reviews are good, too.
