I think the letter that Bot typed to the council was excellent, well done that student :) I hear a lot of chat about it on those rent a gob radio shows and some of the magazine shows (the likes of this morning ) with the pros and cons, I think that yound student has found one of the pros :)

I suppose so, though I'd have hoped a business maangement student would be able to write her own letters. Still, maybe all businesses will be managed by bots one day - "Computer says no" is already their motto.
