Electronic archives are very costly and don't allow people to circulate articles at no charge. Although some newspapers, like the FT and Daily Telegraph, have some free archives online, the Daily Mail online products do not offer this service.
You could try calling the Daily Mail library on 0207 938 6000, or, if you know the date on which the article appeared, then you could ring the same number and ask to be put in touch with the back copies department. They will post you one, but you'll have to pay.
