Working in Australia

I've just started my training contract in England at a high street practice. I'm really enjoying it but as most of family is based in Australia, I think I'll want to move across there myself in 2/3 year's time. Realistically, how difficult will it be to get a job as a lawyer doing family and will I have to sit loads of exams? Cheers
