I am setting up a website which sells shoes. I have been looking on the web for T&C's and the privacy policy, which you can buy. Has anyone else purchased this over the internet? I don't really understand all the jargon and don't want to be ripped off. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
Thank you.

If you need help writing T&Cs and privacy policy, it might be worth contacting your local Trading Standards for advice. They may be able to help you with what you should and shouldn't put.

Don't know about buying them already done, not something I've come across!

Thank you yummy mummy for your help. I have left a message on the trading standards business line, so hopefully, they will call back.
If you are setting up an internet business, have a search on the DTI website about "Distance selling regulations" - this can be a nightmare for mail order companies.
