Student Council Tax

I qualify for 25% Council Tax discount as a sole adult occupant of a property. My daughter graduated at end of year 2005/06 (academic).

She still hasn't started work but lives with me. At what point does my 25% reduction cease legally ?

Anybody know the legal position. My counclil seem to have been pretty quick and are already chasing me

As soon as another adult moves into your home, your discount ceases.

So the answer is when your daughter moved back home after university .
