Bcc on e-mail. Keeping records

I regularly send out group e-mails to private email addresses using my own e-mail address in the To: space and putting the recipients' addresses in the Bcc: space to respect their privacy and protect them from spammers. However, this gives me a problem in that for record purposes I then no longer have a record of who received the mail, as I often have to add new names to the group list.
Any idea how I can overcome this problem? Thanks.

Why not call your group list, say, Group1, then when it is changed, use Group2 and so on. You can still use any list as an address in the BCC field. When you look at Sent mail, the list number should still be there.

The problem is with this method is that it looks as if I would continually have to recreate the group mailing addresses, some of which have up to 50 names.
I just want to be able to look at the Sent mails and know who actually got them.
