insurance...stolen!

a few weeks ago my commputer broke down for some unknown reason,i called my insurance they sent someone to collect it so that it could be repaired.
2weeks pessed i phoned up the company who were going to repair it and they told me it had been lost in transit!!
they said that they would replace my computer ,but is there anything else i can do i had alot phots and personal stufff on it that have all gone now.

Sadly if it is missing there is no way of recovering your data.

You could ask for enhanced compensation for the inconvenience and distress of having your personal data fall in to the hands of an unknown person while it was in their care.

And please change all your passwords, especially of personal and sensitive sites such as internet banking. You may have had roboform or other password storage systems on the lost computer.
