Used Cars!!!!!
I recently brought a car from a main used car dealer (the car being only 1 and 1/2 years old and being 15,000) since buying this car I have had nothing but problem after problem and has been back to the garage 7/8 times in the 3 months that I have had it, If I had brought anything else in this country I could of had my money back as it is faulty product! but as long as they are seen to be trying to fix it I will never get my money back, Is this true or is their something I can do????

If you are unhappy with this, you may demand a refund, although this will probably take longer as the company drags their feet about it. If you have another rpoblem though, refuse this course of action at the outset and demand your money back. Good luck.
You are entitled to request one of 4 remedies, repair, replacement, full refund or partial refund, if repair has been tried and failed then it strengthens your case for one of the other options. If you paid for it on finance then contact the finance company as they have equal liability for any problems, similarly if you paid at least some on a credit card try the CC co.
The garage seem to be offering the lowest amount of assistance they can to scrape within the law so they are not doing anything technically wrong by just offering repairs, but you have certainly got a strong argument for other options.
