My husband does not have anything to do with his mother, she is mentally ill and is a very dangerous, vindictive woman. she knows he doesnt like her and we dont want our 2 sons to be involved with her. she harrasses us by turning up at our house, high or drunk and causing a disturbance, the police have taken her away 4 times. we have changed fone no because she rings all hours and leaves awful messages. I cannot see an end to this as she is to thick skinned to realise shes not wanted. She has no contact with anyone in her family as she is so evil about everyone. she is a very bad woman and we just want her to go away, she often gets away with things because of her mental state but we believe she knows how to play the system. i would like to punch her but i would probably end up in more touble than she would. Any suggestions??

It seems appropriate for the Police to issue a harassment notice or as an alternative apply to the County Court for an injunction

Thank-you, do you have any idea how i go about getting an injunction? can a solicitor do it or do i have to go to court?
