Credit Check
I am in the process of getting a new job but they have to do a credit check. I am only 17 and have never had any bad credit. Would anyone else that lives in my hosuehold affect my credit check or is the check only done on myself and no one else?

You can't blacklist an address so the association would be the only way that it could look like you have something to do with the debt someone else may have.

Further to the last answer credit expert is experian's new customer credit report. It cost �4.99 and will give you all your credit related reports ( on line ). If you have had a financial connection with someone else then this will be shown. Otherwise it will show the repayment history on your credit cards, loans, mortgage etc.
It is a very useful tool to see what loan companies see if you request a loan etc.
You say your employer is asking for a credit check - I assume that the job is somehow involved wth handing money etc.
At your age the history of financial dealings will be limited but should not show anything adverse.
