if you are married here in the states and youre spouse is from a forein country and lets say you brake up can my spouse still live here and marry some one els?and legaly stay here?

If your spouse has gone through the legal process by marrying you and thus obtained a green card by being the wife of an American citizen, then if you divorced I think she would be able to stay in the US and then could eventually marry someone else.

mrbumblebee - whilst you are correct, his spelling is bad. Not much point putting a question on here if the viewing public cannot read nor understand it. I read a thread once, where the young lady in question wrote half a page in one sentence and it was littered with spelling mistakes. I couldnt under her question at all. It defeats the object doesnt it?
