Can I sue my employer, a year ago at interview my employer told me of all the plans that were going to be made to develop my place of work, 12 months later nothing has been done, the same promises are still being made and absolutely ZERO business has been done because of this. I have been payed for 12 months but that is not the issue
merely informing you of the plans isn't some sort of contract to you - you are an employee and you have been paid.
unless you accepted the job under the proviso that these things were done and it is stated in your contract then i don't understand what you think you are entitled to ...?
what have you lost financially by them not developing their plans? You can only surely sue for losses, and you havent had any! you've been paid to do nothing by the sound of it
