I have a charging order on my home, a mortage and a secured loan. Can i sell my home as I want to get rid of the large secured loan, but, I won't have enough to pay off teh charging order. I will be able to buy another house as i canget a small deposit from my family. Can I move with a charging order and re-secure it on my new home?

As far as I'm aware the charge is on the proerty and not you. To remove the charge (and move home) you will need to pay off the charge. Who placed the order and on what grounds?

I was taken to court by Marbles, they served an order for me to pay the debt in full which I could not do, I applied for an instalment plan and they would only agree to it with a charging order on my property. I have some equity in my property but not enough to pay off everything.
You have to pay the charging order off first, before you pay off the loans and mortgage. You will not be able to re-secure it to another home which is why companys go for the charging order.

You will have problems getting another mortgage with a CO on your house.

Sorry, but you have to pay the CO first, there is no way round it.
