Hi, I've been divorced for 4 years now, my ex-wife and 3 children aged 11,8 and 6 live in the old matrimonial home. I currently pay �100 per week child maintenance. My ex-wife can't or won't offer a fair settlement. My question is when the younger child leaves full time education can I claim half the house?

a friend of mine has just had the same problem, you are entitaled to a straight 50/50 split. as long as you are paying towards the chidren. that is what he has just got, go get your self i decent solisitor. you are entitaled to it now if you so force the issue.
