in a civil case who by law is lieable for a 16 yr old who does damage to sameone property,and steals, but lives at home under parents rule the dad got custordy, get family allawance, in a juges law who is lieable thank u

as far as i know you cant persue someone under 18 in a civil case. Either that or you have to prove the parent knew what the person was doing, or could reasonably have suspected it. Or i could be making that up!
