Banning from a nightclub
8 Answers
Back in december 2005 my friend was acused of glassing another person, she had to attend crown court a year later, she was found NOT GUILTY by the jury within a matter of 45minutes! A bouncer who was gave evidence against my friend really messed up and the judge and jury ripped her to pieces in the stand she was the only one out of eberyone with a different story to all the other people giving evidence, she was found NOT GULITY at the end of 2006, ( whilst all this was going on she was banned from the night club that the fight happend in as the bouncer who messed up in cour worked there) she went to the night club a few weeks back and this same bouncer threw here out and said she was banned for a nother year from the court case, surely the bouncer cant do this, she was found NOT GUILTY!!!!!! we all seem to think it is because the bouncer made such a fool against herself in court, we are now going to talk to the managers about this at the night club, any advice you could give me could be really apprechiated
thanks

Its when they start giving reasons thats when the problem starts. If she did actually say that it was because of the Court Case then your friends luck is in. If your friend just assumed it then she has little or no grounds. I know I was a doorman in a wine bar for years and, apart from the usual no trainers etc, the management wanted no men with pony tails or leather trousers. We just had to refuse entry without giving a reason. Mad world
