Hi, I took out a Three mobile contract with a company called mobile solutions. They were offering line rental at 4.99 per month, on redemption. I have paid and saved all the bills as requested, forwarded them on to Mobile Solutions for my cash back only to learn that they are no longer trading. Any ideas how I can reclaim the money that I am due back??

You're going to struggle to be honest. It is mobile solutions that you would have to take action against and if they are not trading, then this action will be limited. If there are any liquidators etc involved in the business and their assests then you may be able to put a claim in for your money. If not, then you could see if 3 might be willing to do a deal on a different tariff etc to reduce future bills, but they would have no liability for the cashback problem.
