A bridleway has been used as a vehicle access over common land for at least 40 years to access mountain land, part of this mountain has a crofter's cottage which has recently undergone change of ownership, the new owner is attempting to stop access to all vehicles other than his own, can he do this or is there a form of right that can be gained after a certain period?
