Rear Vehicular Access To Property

Has anyone got any idea of an approximate value that a rear vehicular access may have to a mid terraced property.

I appreciate it depends on the location of the property etc. but just as a ball park figure or say percentage of the value of the property?

Any help gratefully appreciated.

This is just an impossible question to answer with any degree of accuracy without knowing the local area or understanding the site. For example, the answer to the question 'is on-street parking as rare as rocking-horse manure around here' is somewhat critical. Suggest you ask a tame local estate agent for a view, if you can find such an animal.
