translation of post mortem document

hi. iam not sure if this is the right place for my request.but i'll give it a go..someone in my family died recently and the post mortem document is in a different language(portuguese).would there be anyone out there who could possibly translate it for me into english.i can scan it in and email it.any ideas or suggestions would be helpful also ..

Most scanners nowdays have an OCR facility if not try downloading a program like this
