laws regarding tachographs for minibuses

i have been told that from april, minibuses with 10 to 17 seats will now have to have tachographs fitted. our sports and social club have two 15 seat minibuses that we use on a non commercial basis, will these have to be fitted with the new digital tachographs or will they be exempt? we do not use them to go abroad with.

ok, i think i've found my answer on the vosa site. private use up to 17 seats are exempt. 18 seats or more are subject to ec laws.
