i have 9 points on my licence and have been caught speeding again,i am employed as an heavy goods driver this is my livelyhood will i lose my licence automatically or can i plead my case in court ? also i am told the laws in scotland are different (ive just moved there).it has been nearly 6 months since i heard anything is this normal ?
