Security camera
Can I put up a camera from my house recordinging movements in the road - in order to catch the pig whose doing damage to my car? Someone told me that data protection stops you doing this?

Section 4 of that document makes it clear that your use of a CCTV is not covered by the DPA. You can therefore go ahead and seek evidence against the person who is damaging your car.
