i am being harassed by someone.the police warnings do not appear to bother this person and today i was acosted and given a torrent of abuse from her.what can i do? should I go back to the police or can I get an injunction against her. thanks for any advice

I certainly would report this recent incident to the Police again. They will give her a final warning and a firm one at that. Ask their advice if this continues to happen. They will keep you right.

If she has had a warning from the police, that should suffice already.

Insist she is arrested by the OIC (Officer in the case) under the attached law.

If she has refused the police warning to which she can now be arrested, why would she stick to an injunction?

Sounds like a waste of money, when the police can do it for free.
