does any one know if a gift of of deed can be contested by us after ten years if we think mum did not put her signature to it as its not the same as she does it mums got cancer and hes spent the money that he was supposed to save for her funeral

hi bednobs he is my brother and mum said its all sorted 10 years ago we got a copy from solicitors as we smelt a rat mum thought she put her signature to us all getting money from his property but there was no legal document only his word if any one knows wer we stand in contesting the deed please give me some advice its deffenatly is not mums signature even witneess signature is the same thanks for replying cordey
