Can you tell me please, is there a maximum time that passengers are expected to travel on a coach without a stop for a drink? I recently had a journey where I boarded a coach at 9.05pm, one small drink was provided (not free) at 10.00pm via the facilities on the coach, then no further chance of a drink until 4.30am the following morning, the same went for toilet facilities as we were told not to use the onboard toilet except in a dire emergency. The average age of the passengers was 70 .

Many thanks
