Sorry just found the clause. it says I have no right to cancel this agreement under the CC act1974, the Timeshare act1992 and the Financial services (distance marketing) regs 2004.
Doe this mean I have no cooling off period. I have just realised the sofa will look to big in my room and a I really want to cancel it.

You do not have a cooling off period or a right to cancel - this applies where the contract was signed away from the business premsies, such as in your own home.

However, telephone them and discuss your options. They may be sympathetic.
I used to work for a credit company that dealt with the applications for credit on SCS, another sofa company, purchases.

Many, many, many times we had phone calls and faxes telling us they wanted changes of the amount of credit required becase a customer has decided they wanted a different sofa, cheaper or more expensive. They seemed to be very good about it, and we easily changed the amount, since they were already accepted (though they did get credit search again, not good for the customer!)

Try and get your order changed, they ought to want to keep you happy!
