What are squatters rights?

IF you have someone living in your property and they do not have a tenancy agreement or any contract they apparently have squatters rights - but what exactly are these?

They have no rights in the situation you describe.
Squatters rights are there to protect people who live in a property for a very long time from being thrown on to the streets.
