I dont often check Answerbank much now, I am an old member! So, if you ask anything I might not get back to you.
I have an Enduring Power Of Attorney and it states that you are not allowed to see a Will just because you have that power. We are like any other member of the family and they have no right to see the Will either,until the person dies.
I am sorting out my mothers home right now and came across a copy of her Will. Maybe you could do the same for the person concerned?
