If a company has limited carparking spaces and ask temp and contract staff to park elsewhere, is this class and discrimination or something similar?

Can a company segregate temp and permanent staff in this way?

Yes, different terms, grades and conditions of employment can be imposed for different types of staff. Directors can get better cars provided and longer serving staff can get longer holidays. Not everybdoy need be equal
Yep, companies can do what they like, thank God. I am director of a small company, if I want to keep car park for my toys why shouldn't I?

But I also worked for an enlightened progessive US company. Thier policy was first come first served, so if tea boy got in before director, he got parking space. It worked very well, they got lots of free unpaid overtime from their London based staff!
