Hi I live in a nice quiet cul-de-sac my neighbour directly opposite sells cars from his drive,he has been doing this for some time but I am getting fed up with all his customers that keep coming and going.He advertises in the local newsagents and the newspaper.Is their anything i can do if and when I confront him about it,many thanks

1) Speak to you local Council Planning Department. He has changed his residential property to business use.

2)Speak to Trading Standards. He will need to declare himself as a motor trader officially to comply with the law. I bet he hasn't
