My parents, well into their 60's but not doddery old things just yet lol, went to Canada a few weeks ago and filled in an on board the plane survey.

Mother thought she was filling in a 'How was your flight' type thing and didn't for one minute think her details would be going anywhere other than the airlines customer services dept. Anyway, silly daft old thing that she is, put her REAL phone number on said form and is now being inundated with calls from some one at the above company offering to 'hold' 2 weeks for next year in Majorca. From what I have read in an email (yes, said silly fool also gave them her email address) and from what my mum has relayed about their phone conversations, this guy is asking for 300pp just to hold a holiday date open. In other words they pay him 300 ON TOP of what the actual holiday costs. Kind of like a fee. However, because the wording on the email says '2 separate weeks' I am thinking that this is a timeshare and indeed a single result search on Google had timeshare written in the initial blurb before you click on the link.

Has anyone heard of them or indeed had any dealings with them at all?

Do not deal with them. I became involved with the company in question through another company called European Travel Vouchers. I agreed to take some holiday vouchers from ETV but later changed my mind. I had already been billed however for 150.00 . On trying to reclaim my money, although ETV were half helpful, I cannot contact Summedsun in Tenerife either...

You need to contact the airline. This is unacceptable.
Avoid like the plague

Originally (in Nov 07) I was promised my money but unfortunately I still wait (Mar 08).
