my fathers case of dangerous driving is at magistrates court today. he has plead guilty so doesnt have to attend court, how will he find out his sentence ? can he be told by telephone or will it be by post ?

Driving without due care and attention and dangerous driving are two different offences.

He can telephone the magistrates court soon after the hearing and will have to send his licence off to SWANSEA ASAP or if the Mags order it, may have to drop it off when he pays his fine.
