What do you mean by 'write you up'? If you mean give you a written or verbal warning then it depends on company policy. Is it written down anywhere that a manager can call you on your day off, during annual leave or at other times and under what circumstances? Speak to your HR department for clarification.

What if you have been having "trouble" with your phone? it may not be working properly ??
