My neighbour has paid the council to have the curb lowered out side her house. When we have visitors they always park outside our drive which then means their car overlaps the neighbours drive by a few inches. They complain every time, we do tell our visitors not to park there but it does happen. Do they have the right to the road outside their house or can anyone park there

Out of courtesy you should not park in front of their entry/exit to their house, however provided there are no yellow line at the side of the road and you have paid your road Tax you are entitled to park at the side of road where ever you want

The top answer is incorrect, if they have a dropped kerb.
Curb?
