If a tribunal order has not been paid & the company have now gone into voluntary liquidation can i persue the company director personally for monies owed.
In point of fact it is possible to attach a debt to a specific director of a liquidated company (if he is personally worth anything) but it is too complicated a subject to go into detail on Answerbank. I don't often advocate the use of a solicitor but in a matter like this you need to consult one who knows the ropes and has done it successfully before, not any old High Street slolicitor.
