squatters rights or adverse possession
33 years ago my father sold i acre i have the uninterepted use of the land nobody fensed or mantained it only myself since then
in 1990 the person who bought the land offered it for sale by public auction. i objected to the sale reason being i was in possession of the land for 12 years.
2 years ago i applied to the land registery to have it registered in my name.
the person who bought it is contesting it in court.
what are my chances of winning the court case

So if you tell us whether the land is Registered or not and list the Rules and how you conform then if not me then someone on here will give you an opinion. Just as a general view Adverse Possession and stealing are similar to a lot of people. Also if the matter is being heard in a County Court its hells own job to find a Judge who half understands Land Registry Rules. If you are not absolutely tight to the Rules I myself wouldn't bet 10p on your chance of success.
