If you receive a repermand/caution st the age of 14 for shoplifting will this be wiped off your criminal record when you reach 18?

This is a tough one, as I was arrested aged 10yr for ABH, Criminal Damage and Affray, however... Still to this day it has hindered me, I recently was given conditional bail instead of unconditional bail due to my record aged 10.

Although I was told it would be wiped at age of 17.
