It is going to be incredibly difficult without paying for professionals who may know how to legally get this information from a government agency such as the tax man or benefits office.

Think again about paying.
I've offered my services before with this, but I would need the person's name, any known address, and preferably a date of birth.

however, you won't be able to put them on here, and I'm not prepared to put my contact details on this site - if you're prepared to try and make contact, I'll help you out.

Go to a family tree website called www.rootschat.com, and once registered, send a PM to halfasheep
Without basic information you will find this very difficult but you already know this.

As Ethel states paying for professionals maybe your only choice but gouldc maybe trowing you a life line here. Personaly i would take up this offer.

Another option maybe http://www.192.com/search/people.cfm

The last resort would be via find a long lost friend site but that could be a bit underhanded?
gould c. Could you help me. I have a name, date of birth, national insurance number, mobile phone number, last address and first 3 digits of his new postcode.

Could you email me with your costs etc to [email protected]

Thanks.

I have used this company before, and would highly reccommend them for finding debtors in the UK:
