accidents the motorist (turns out to be in the POLICE)

RTA - anyone been involved in an accident on the road , with a POLICE OFFICER in thier own vehicle,... effectively as a civilian ?

I was the other driver,,,, the on duty police were called . I got convicted of driving without DRIVING DUE CARE ATTENTION - 3 points , I did produce documents also , but my INSURANCE DOCUMNET WAs "simulated " understand S I M U LA T E D ? , they the police never checked for the authenticity of the DOCUMENT , re- INSURANCE - that I cautionly handed to my nominated police station...... amusingly enough , if they had CHECKED my "simulated document " .... I would have been prosecuted for " PASSING A FORGED DOCUMENT " , but not for the motoring offence of NO INSURANCE .... any way they didnt check the "SIMULA~TED DOCUMENT " .... - the motoring convistion was DRV / with out DUE C and A , as said already.... mind you on the summons , they had put down , that it had happened at 5 - 30 pm in te evening ( it was morning 5-30 am !! , in JUNE 2002 .....) yea we are all aware these days if there is a descrepency on SUMMONS , sometimes the case can be thrown out........ in this case in my absence,,,,, I did recieve 3 points....... I wasnt asked to sighn the POICEMANS NOTEBOOK , .... skull duggery on both sides ........ i will add the POLICE OFFICERS who repoted it were called out from the station on duty ofiicers ...... it was the same POlice station . that the other driver was based at......
