Why don't you open your text books and read. Bromley's Family Law is my favourite and got me a 1st in family law last semester.

You will not get much response on AB for law degree assignments. 'Your homework.. you do it' ...is the general opinion of most on here.

If you would like us to do your law essay for you, it might help if you actually looked up the definitions of marriage in the cited cases and posted the different definitions for people to comment on. Also look up where these cases have been cited in later cases. You might also want to refer to certain judicial comment in cases like Re Watson [1999] 1 FLR 878 on the very different types of "marriage".

Although in my day, we did the work ourselves.

Under the circumstances happyjo and given that those subjects are arguably the most boring in the world, I'd say it was a perfectly reasonable request. I don't see there being many takers though, people would rather watch paint dry and wait for it to crack. So squarebear could be in.
