i think your last sentance says it all really - it was an accident unless someone was negligent or deliberately assalted her then who would you claim off of? you could contact the insurance co but how would they know it was caused when you say it was caused when you are claiming over 2 years later?
Who would yo think was responsible - th eperson who pushed her? Do you know who they are?

i am not an expert on this, this is why i am posting this question i am not taking action against a turkish airport i am asking an telling all the facts that i have, to ask others for there views on this to see what if anything i can do, are they anyone on here that deals wlegal work that has any knowledge of a suitation like this thanks all for your comments
Sorry. My last answer should have read "So it seems your only option is to take action against the owners....etc."
That is your only option. As has been pointed out, in order to claim compensation you have to prove that negligence had occurred and you have to be able to identify an individual or body who exercised the negligence.
Your girlfriend's insurers will not be interested in this aspect. They may reimburse you for your medical expenses (though I doubt they will now, in view of the time that has elapsed).
From what you say this unfortunate incident was simply an accident. You would have had a hard job proving negligence even immediately after the event. After this length of time your claims will simply be dismissed on the basis that it wasn't recorded at the time and the after effects have not seemingly troubled your girlfriend until now.
You could see if a solicitor is prepared to take the case on a "No win no fee" basis. For the reasons that have been ouitlined to you by me and others, I very much doubt that you'll get any takers.
Hope that makes it a little clearer.
