Hi all, was wondering if you could help me, (not sure if this is the right section to ask in)

Bought a bedroom suite in the sale, was discounted due to defect in wardroe. When purchase arrived chest of drawers had been damaged. Spoke to store manager who apologised and offered a further 40 pounds off total price. On further investigation of purchase, it was apparent that wardroe had been damaged perhaps on dismantlement ( suite was ex display ) took pictures of defects and informed store manager and sales person of problems with wardrobe. Their argument is that the suite was discounted in sale when i bought it, my argument is that i bought it at discounted rate having been informed that the price was reduced soley for the one defect that had been pointed out., and that due to the further damage that has been noted, they have given me a suite that isnt in same condition as when sold. What are my rights and if a further discout was an option what is a reasonable agreement.

Thanks in advance guys xx
