what would be the implications for a seller on a TR1 not to have his signature witnessed in the presence of someone. His signature was witnessed and he is not denying signing it, but the witness did not actually see him sign. Could the seller at a later date ask for the TR1 to be set aside on the grounds it was not properly attested and have the property transfered back to his name, even though the purchaser discharged him of his mortgage and took a new mortgage in their name only. The property now registered in the purchasers name.
