i have some money in my account i didnt know where it came from i have spent some what will happen do i have to pay back in full or can it be pad in instalments

Check you bank statements, that should tell you where it has come from. How much are we talking about and how much of it have you spent?

You will definately have to pay it back, whether you can come to some arrangement to pay by installments depends on whether the owner of the money agrees or not.
